ERShares US Small Cap Institutional Class (IMPAX) Research

The primary objective of this fund is to deliver investment performance that surpasses the returns of the Russell 2000® Index, before accounting for any associated charges or expenses. To achieve this goal, it commits at least 80% of its total assets to common stocks of small-capitalization enterprises, which the fund refers to as "Entrepreneurial Companies." These companies must either be headquartered or primarily operate within the United States, or conduct their main business activities and trading on U.S. markets. For investment purposes, the manager classifies small-cap firms as those possessing a market valuation lower than that of the largest company included in the Russell 2000 Index at the time of their initial purchase.
