SPDR Bloomberg International Corporate Bond ETF (IBND) Research
The SPDR Bloomberg International Corporate Bond ETF (IBND) aims to generally mirror the price and yield performance of the Bloomberg Global Aggregate ex-USD > $1B: Corporate Bond Index, before accounting for fees and expenses. This fund offers investors broad access to the global, investment-grade, fixed-rate corporate debt markets, specifically excluding those within the United States. To be included in the underlying index, bonds must meet several key criteria: they need a minimum outstanding market capitalization equivalent to $1 billion USD, have at least one year remaining until maturity, feature a fixed interest rate (though zero-coupon and step-up bonds are permissible), and hold an investment-grade credit rating. The index is weighted by the market capitalization of its constituents and undergoes monthly rebalancing on the last business day of each month.
