Golden Eagle Dynamic Hypergrowth ETF (HYP) Research
The Golden Eagle Dynamic Hypergrowth ETF is an actively managed fund designed to pursue substantial capital appreciation. It dedicates at least 80% of its net assets to the common stocks of "hypergrowth companies," which are defined as those achieving a year-over-year sales growth rate of 40% or more in their most recently reported fiscal quarter. The fund's advisor may also allocate capital to companies that are deemed likely to achieve hypergrowth status in the future. While its primary focus is on U.S.-listed stocks, the portfolio has the flexibility to include non-U.S. companies with listings on U.S. exchanges or through American Depositary Receipts (ADRs). The fund is expected to maintain a portfolio of approximately 60 to 80 securities, with monthly adjustments to its holdings.
