A minimum of 80% of its net assets (supplemented by any borrowed funds used for investment) are typically allocated to U.S. companies with significant market capitalization, which the fund's adviser determines to be undervalued. Currently, the adviser defines these large-cap firms as those possessing market values consistent with the companies included in the Bloomberg U.S. 1000® Value Index. Nonetheless, the portfolio will generally comprise shares of companies with a market capitalization of $1 billion or more at the time of their initial purchase.
