The fund principally commits a minimum of 80% of its net assets, supplemented by any investment-related borrowings, to the shares of companies operating within emerging market countries. A maximum of 20% of its net assets may be allocated to securities from issuers in developed markets. Additionally, the fund has the discretion to invest in the equities of small and mid-sized firms, as well as those from less established or newer companies.
