The fund predominantly invests in the common and preferred stock of U.S. corporations. The Subadviser focuses on companies with a market capitalization of at least $1 billion at the point of acquisition, selecting those believed to possess above-average growth potential. For the mid and large-capitalization companies held in the portfolio, the Subadviser anticipates they will either sustain or attain earnings growth rates that exceed the norm. A maximum of 20% of the total assets may be directed towards securities from non-U.S. issuers, which can include businesses located in or conducting operations within emerging markets.
