Furthermore, the company maintains full ownership of the Frankfield Property, which comprises nine mining leases covering 837 hectares, and the Tully Property, consisting of two claim blocks totaling about 2,513 hectares in Tully Township. Gowest also holds a 67.7% stake in the Pipestone Property, made up of two blocks extending across approximately 7,577 hectares, as well as 100% interest in the Gowest Whitney Property, featuring nine patented claims over roughly 144 hectares in Timmins, Ontario. The company, which operates from its Toronto, Canada headquarters, was formerly known as Gowest Amalgamated Resources Ltd. until its name change in March 2011.
