This fund's primary objective is to achieve investment returns that closely track the performance of the Goldman Sachs Human Evolution Index, prior to accounting for fees and expenses. To accomplish this, the fund allocates at least 80% of its total assets to the equities that comprise its underlying index. The index itself is constructed to provide exposure to common stocks of companies in specific developed markets. These companies are identified for their potential to capitalize on breakthroughs in scientific knowledge, pharmaceutical development, and technological innovations related to human medical care, addressing conditions throughout an individual's entire life journey, from birth to end-of-life.
