This fund's primary objective is to achieve substantial capital appreciation over the long term. Under normal market conditions, a minimum of 60% of its net assets will be dedicated to common stocks, rights, and warrants of mid-capitalization companies. These are defined as businesses with market values comparable to those comprising the S&P Midcap 400 Index, which serves as a widely recognized benchmark for U.S. mid-sized equity performance.
