This fund generally dedicates a minimum of 80% of its total assets to U.S. dollar-based municipal money market instruments and top-tier, investment-grade municipal bonds. A significant advantage of these holdings is that the income generated from their interest is free from federal income tax. Furthermore, the fund is permitted to invest a maximum of 10% of its capital in investment-grade securities that possess a relatively lower credit quality.
