Cambria Global Tail Risk ETF (FAIL) Research

Under typical market conditions, the fund's bond holdings will commit a minimum of 40% of its total value to intermediate-duration, investment-grade U.S. Treasury securities and Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities (TIPS). Simultaneously, at least another 40% of its assets will be deployed into international sovereign debt. This portion includes both highly-rated (investment-grade) and lower-rated (non-investment-grade) government bonds from both established and developing nations, all maintaining short to medium maturities. Additionally, the investment adviser intends to dedicate approximately one percent of the fund’s total assets monthly to the acquisition of put options.
