Eaton Vance RBA Equity Strategy Fd Cl A (ERBAX) Research
Under typical market conditions, the fund commits a minimum of 80% of its net assets, along with any capital raised through borrowings, to equity securities and derivatives that derive their value from equities. Up to 20% of its net assets may be deployed into fixed-income investments, which can include higher-risk, below-investment-grade bonds (often referred to as 'junk bonds') and similar unrated debt instruments, as well as various fixed or floating-rate income-generating securities. This 20% allocation also covers potential investments in currencies. There are no restrictions on the amount the fund can allocate to foreign securities, which may originate from companies based in a wide spectrum of international markets, encompassing developed, emerging, and even frontier economies.
