The primary objective of this fund is to achieve significant capital appreciation over an extended period, complemented by the provision of regular income. Under typical market circumstances, at least four-fifths (80%) of the fund's assets will be dedicated to securities that fit one of the following descriptions: investments in companies operating within emerging economies; those whose primary trading venue is in a developing nation's securities market; instruments valued in the currencies of developing countries; or holdings in companies that, despite their location, derive substantial economic benefit from developing regions.
