The Davis Select U.S. Equity ETF primarily allocates its capital to American enterprises. During standard market periods, at least 80% of its total assets, including any funds acquired through borrowing, will be invested in the stock of companies based in the United States. This fund maintains a concentrated portfolio, typically consisting of 15 to 35 different companies. It also has the discretion to invest a segment of its assets in businesses within the financial services sector. Furthermore, the fund is permitted to invest in mid- and small-capitalization firms, which the manager considers to be those with a market value of less than $10 billion. While its main focus is domestic, up to 20% of its net assets may be invested in companies located outside the U.S. It's important to note that this fund is categorized as non-diversified.
