The fund's primary objective is to achieve long-term capital growth. Under typical market conditions, it commits at least 80% of its total assets (including any borrowed funds) to equity investments in large-capitalization companies. These equity holdings may comprise common and preferred stocks, as well as convertible securities, rights, and warrants. Furthermore, up to 20% of its portfolio may be allocated to equity securities of international companies, frequently accessed via American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) or other depositary instruments. It is structured as a non-diversified fund.
