DoubleLine Ultra Short Bond Fund - Class N (DLUSX) Research
The fund aims to generate a consistent stream of current income while keeping price fluctuations to a minimum. It achieves this primarily by allocating its investments to high-quality, U.S. dollar-denominated debt instruments. These include, but are not limited to, obligations from banks, commercial paper, asset-backed commercial paper, and repurchase agreements. The fund's adviser is committed to investing exclusively in income-producing securities that are either rated investment grade or, if unrated, are judged by the adviser to have comparable credit quality. A core policy dictates that at least 80% of the fund's net assets will be invested in bonds and other debt securities.
