The fund aims to achieve its financial goals by investing in publicly traded equities, adhering to a disciplined and risk-managed approach. A minimum of 80% of its net assets will be committed to large-capitalization stocks, defined by the Adviser as companies with market values exceeding $10 billion at the point of acquisition. Although the fund typically sources these investments from the 700 largest corporations, it retains the flexibility to allocate a portion of its capital to equity securities from companies of any size, including those commonly referred to as small-cap and mid-cap firms.
