Defiance Next Gen Food & Agriculture ETF (DIET) Research

The DIET ETF seeks to replicate the total investment performance, prior to fees and expenses, of the Bluestar Food and Agriculture Sustainability Index. This underlying index is systematically constructed, utilizing a tiered, modified market capitalization weighting methodology. It selects globally traded common stocks of companies that earn most of their revenue from activities, products, or services aligned with food and agriculture sustainability. Typically, at least 80% of the fund's assets are allocated to the index's constituent securities or their corresponding depositary receipts. The fund operates as a non-diversified investment.
