The company also maintains a collection of significant online ticketing portals operating under various brand names, such as eventim.de, oeticket.com, ticketcorner.ch, ticketone.it, and entradas.com. The Live Entertainment division focuses on conceiving, arranging, and delivering a broad spectrum of live experiences, including concert tours, major events, and festivals, with a particular emphasis on music performances. It is also actively involved in promoting music productions and managing event venues. The organization, headquartered in Bremen, Germany, was founded in 1989. It was initially known as CTS EVENTIM AG before officially changing its name to CTS Eventim AG & Co. KGaA in May 2014.
