These are deployed for security and oversight across diverse environments, including industrial and commercial facilities, federal prisons, hospitals, universities, schools, and federal and state government offices. The Industrial Services segment delivers end-to-end solutions for rigging, millwrighting, in-plant maintenance, equipment setup, relocation, and dismantling. It expertly installs high-precision machinery for various industrial markets, such as the automotive, printing and graphics, industrial automation, packaging, and chemicals sectors. Additionally, this segment offers maintenance and contracting support for manufacturers in machinery, packaging, printing, chemicals, and other industries. Founded in 1998 and based in Brooklyn, New York, the company was formerly known as Diversified American Holding, Inc. until its renaming to Cemtrex, Inc. in December 2004.
