Established in 1906, Cass Information Systems, Inc. is headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, where its main banking facility is located. The company also maintains an operating branch in Bridgeton, Missouri, and leased facilities in Fenton, Missouri, and Colorado Springs, Colorado. It adopted its current name in January 2001, having previously been known as Cass Commercial Corporation.
