Bridgeway Ultra- Small Company Market Fund (BRSIX) Research
The Bridgeway Ultra-Small Company Market Fund primarily focuses its investments, allocating at least 80% of its net assets (including any funds borrowed for investment purposes), to equities of ultra-small companies, the size of which is determined at the moment of acquisition. Its overarching goal is to emulate the total return performance of the CRSP Cap-Based Portfolio 10 Index, a benchmark published by CRSP (the Center for Research in Security Prices, LLC), an entity affiliated with the University of Chicago, over extended periods. To achieve this, the fund's Adviser implements a strategy of investing in a carefully selected, representative subset of the companies found within that index.
