CapitaLand Ascott Trust (ART) holds the distinction of being Asia Pacific's largest hospitality trust, boasting an asset valuation of S$7.2 billion as of December 31, 2020. Its operations are overseen by two distinct management entities: Ascott Residence Trust Management Limited, which manages Ascott Reit, and Ascott Business Trust Management Pte. Ltd., acting as the trustee-manager for Ascott BT. Both management companies are wholly-owned by CapitaLand Limited, a prominent, Singapore-listed diversified real estate conglomerate in Asia.
