Aristotle Value Equity I-2 (ARSQX) Research
Typically, during regular market phases, the fund commits a minimum of 80% of its net capital, potentially including borrowed funds, to equity investments. These equity holdings can encompass common shares, various forms of depository receipts, and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) primarily focused on equities. The fund aims to achieve its investment goals by largely allocating capital to equity instruments from both U.S. and international companies, provided these securities are either listed on a U.S. exchange or otherwise publicly accessible within the American market. However, it reserves the option to commit up to 20% of its entire asset base to American Depository Receipts (ADRs) and Global Depository Receipts (GDRs).
