This fund primarily allocates a substantial portion (at least 80%) of its net assets to two main components: U.S. Treasury bills and Flexible EXchange® Options (FLEX Options). The FLEX Options are derivative instruments whose value is tied to the performance of a broad U.S. stock market benchmark, for instance, the S&P 500® Price Return Index. While FLEX Options are traded on an exchange, they are notable for their uniquely customizable contract terms. It's also important to understand that this fund is not broadly diversified.
