AlphaClone Alternative Alpha ETF (ALFA) Research
The fund operates with a passive investment strategy, aiming to mirror the performance of its underlying index before any fees or expenses are considered. This index employs a unique, data-driven "Clone Score" methodology, developed by its provider, to identify the ten hedge funds and institutional investors with the highest "Clone Scores." From each of these top ten, the index then replicates their five most heavily weighted U.S. equity securities. The fund's manager seeks to invest nearly all of its assets directly into these specific component securities that make up the index.
