A key aspect of its strategy is that these investments are made exclusively during periods when the broader U.S. stock market is showing general upward trends. While its portfolio predominantly features common stocks, the fund also has the option to invest in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), provided these REITs are among the top 1,000 largest U.S.-listed companies by market capitalization. The fund operates on a non-diversified basis.
