The company delivered these services both directly as a prime contractor and indirectly as a subcontractor. Facing financial challenges, Alabama Aircraft Industries, Inc. filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on February 15, 2011, which was subsequently converted to Chapter 7 on November 3, 2011.
